As a woman I'm writing this review because this movie floored me. Let's be real, women experience rape (as do men) in high numbers. Prior to watching this film I checked out the warnings - triggers are triggers so let's see what we're in for. I was expecting a form of "torture porn" aimed at the male gaze and it absolutely was not.

First of all, I thought this would be gratuitous rape and a mess of a film - it wasn't. Ladies, if you've ever wanted a voice - or revenge - watch this! I might sound crass, but the retaliation was a revelation. Not for the faint of heart... but if you ever imagined a true comeuppance then this is your flick. I cannot convey how much this movie grips you and keeps you sucked in. It felt like justice (in a very sick way) and I'm so glad I watched it! Roll on, strong women, roll on!

They use the same footage of a young Hedy Lamar as a young Audrey Hepburn... let alone the fact that they make sure that Hedy Lamar married too often to be taken seriously.

This movie just had no Addams Family spirit. It really was a struggle to watch with my 7 year old niece. Unfortunately there was no humour for adults!
