Review of So Close to Paradise

The general attitude of urban Chinese is discriminative against the migrant workers from rural areas. This film gives a sympathetic look at the discriminated rural female workers who are forced into bad situation against their will. A sense of social criticism of the wrong attitude of the urban population is therefore also presented.
