An amazing social commentary on how women are depicted in the media & advertising in general. Dreamworlds is an hour long film made up of sexual images of women in rock (metal) & rap music videos from the early 90's with narration by Jhally replacing the music. Sut Jhally walks the viewer through the effects of the male fantasy in music videos & how these images form a negative impact on young minds as females are treated as sex objects rather than human beings. I originally came across this in a women's studies class & was completely blown away with the impact of this film. You may have to goto a university library to find it but it is very much worth your time. It is a film everyone should see!
