Street Smart (2018)

Not as smart as it thinks
11 September 2018
Okay, this is no Houso's. I'll tell you that right from the start, or the Pizza's, or Swift And Shift, though this is rather entertaining, providing an adequate amount of laughs, but I'll use adequate real loosely. Some familiar faces, and thankfully some new ones too. The comedy smarts are still there, but in smaller supply. Another thing, Casey Donovan can actually act, and hopefully, we'll see bigger things from her. Basically the show brings some different cultures together where the bad influential Bilgic and his Asian mate run a business, I'm not really sure what, but in the episode I saw, they turned this place, into a night club. Although this show, doesn't rise to the expectation of the others, one feels it walks in much similar lines to the others. We've seen too much of this before in the other shows. However these shows are good formula for laughs. May'be if they had a change of atmosphere, based around things like a police station or mechanic's garage like Bingles, more laughs would of flew. Regardless, this is still pretty funny, and hopefully will be around for some time yet.
