How should I put it. This is a buddy cop movie about a guy who has to work as a police officer, and doesn't really know how being a police officer works, filmed by people who don't really know how the buddy cop movies work.
Still, there are some funny moments, and the fighting scenes look rather cool. I think there should've been more fighting scenes in this film, it could've been really nice.
