Sam Koji Hale has worked with executive producer Heather Henson (daughter of famed puppeteers Jane and Jim Henson) since the original "Yamasong" short film was produced in 2009. He continues to serve a as a producer for Henson's Handmade Puppet Dreams film series, and produced the short "Lessons Learned" for Toby Froud, another of this films executive producers. Cinematographer Alex U. Griffin also works for the Handmade Puppet Dreams, working on various films as cinematographer and as film coordinator.
The producer of this film is Mallory O'Meara. She is also the author of The Lady From The Black Lagoon, a biography of Milicent Patrick, designer of the Creature! Terrific book.
