In the final scene, an extra can be seen on stage as well as in the congregation. When the extra realized they'd be in two places at once they asked the director of it'd be a problem. The director responded "No, it'll be good trivia for Imdb."
In the close-up of the Bible on the desk it is shown as the "New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures" (printed 1950, revised 2013). This is a modern language authoritative Bible translation produced by the Jehovah's Witnesses and would not typically be a Bible used by an Evangelical pastor. The pastor would most likely use the King James or the New American Standard Bible. In addition, in the preacher's office the 2013 versions and the "Theocratic Ministry School" book also printed by the JW's.
Chaz supposedly hits the wall near the last part of the movie, in his bedroom upstairs in his mom's home. The sound effect is there but his fist never makes contact with the wall.
