A lot of the stories leave the viewer hanging. As in they have no resolution. They do not explain what happened in the end. Sometimes they say they moved. Sometimes they say they a paranormal investigator ran away in fright, and give no denouement whatsoever as to whether the person got rid of the entity or is still living with it.

Unique to this Travel Channel show, the women interviewees wear no mascara and no dark eyeliner, and otherwise very little visible makeup, in neutral colors. This would appear to be to not look like actresses and, thus, appear more credible with their ghost stories.
