Julia Rose Marks (2015)

Trivia

Julia Rose Marks

Edit
The feature film Julia Rose Marks (2015) was adapted from the short story titled "White Noise" from writer Tasha Qureshi. The original story was forty pages long and features both Julia Rose Marks and Carter Phillips at the Willbridge Factory discovering the horrific secret.
Both of the lead actors Anna Creegan and Harry Ward were cast in the roles of Julia Rose Marks and Carter Phillips after one audition due to their immediate embodiment of the characters.
During the production of the raid scene, due to a limited budget, the crew only had access to one prop firearm. It was through the shot framing, tight choreography and editing that it appears that every police office was holding a firearm in the scene.
Throughout the production, two cameras were frequently used to ensure that every shot was completed within the production schedule. These would be used in a variety of ways such as handheld, on a tripod, on a steadicam and on a crane within the same take.
Throughout the production, both Anna Creegan and Harry Ward had their hair and makeup drastically changed to portray their ageing characters. In order to achieve this, the shooting schedule was structured to follow the chronology of the characters lives.
