Narco Hitman (2016)

Trivia

Narco Hitman

Edit
While shooting the scene between Carson and Lance on the hill, the production crew experienced what they considered to be the widest variety of noise pollution in anyone's memory: passenger vehicles, property vehicles incessantly backing up, crop dusting planes, construction, tractors, and cooling system. When an F-15 out of Bangor, WA flew by, the crew broke down and laughed.
Though she conducts a number of telephone and radio conversations, the character of Sheriff Alice Dryer does not share screen time with any other actor in any of her scenes.
The concept of Paralytic is from an unpublished short story by writer/director Joey Johnson titled, 'Found Near the Body'. The story is under 1000 words.
The bedroom scene is a near shot-for-shot homage to one in L.A. Confidential.
All forms of torture described in the movie require a form of paralysis to deliver the desired effect.

Director Cameo

Joey Johnson: the hooded man being forced into the shed to be tortured.
