The pool that was originally going to be shot in was only 4 feet deep so they had to re-shoot one insert scene on another day in a deeper 9ft pool. The day they shot it was cold and raining. The pool was not heated.
The female vocals heard throughout the score are also the voice of the lead actress Tatum Miranda.
This entire film was shot in 2 days with the exception of the underwater scene which was an insert shot done by Tatum Miranda and Joey Henderson alone in one evening.
There is symbolism throughout the entire film referring to the Disney films: Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, Snow White, and The Little Mermaid.
The clock strikes a minute till midnight at the end of the film.
