This movie is based off the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamlin, but with a horror theme. It shares many similarities with the legend:
- The piper is hired by the head of a village/town to get rid of some rats.
- The head of the village/town refuse to pay the piper after completing their job.
- The piper lures all of the children from the village/town into a cave and seals them inside.
