The bull dozer fight scene took two separate days to film. The first day was filming Agent Hugo (Jose Martinez) and Agent Carter (Matt Likins) fighting inside the house. The second day was filming the bulldozer crashing into the house with a stunt driver.
Jose Martinez was only intended to be in the pilot episode. Due to lack of crew, Thomas asked if he would reprise his role, even after his character supposedly died in the first episode. Thomas rewrote the fourth episode's script to allow him to return at the end of the third episode and created a storyline featuring a new drug the could cause the agents to rapidly heal, thus making it possible for him to return. Jose Martinez is also returning for the second season.
