In September 2015, the song Wings on my Feet (music & lyrics by Jesús Calderón) which is part of the DMUS soundtrack was nominated for Best Original Song at the prestigious Jerry Goldsmith Awards.
DMUS was selected at Blackbird Film Festival 2015 (Official Selection - Non-Competitive) in November 2015.
The official poster for DMUS was designed by Spanish artist Anxo Vizcaíno.
On July 22nd 2015, there was a concert at the legendary Dublin Castle in London to celebrate the movie DMUS. Songwriters Will Sid Smith, Real Expert and Francesca Romana Fabris sang the songs included in the soundtrack and many others. British singer Daniel Angelus was a also a special guest and director/producer/screenwriter Sadie Duarte also traveled from Spain to attend this event.
Some good news about DMUS in 2016. On June 9th, DMUS was selected at the 38th International Auteur Film Festival - La 38 Semana Internacional de Cine de Autor in Lugo (Spain) and got another official selection at the Southway Film Fest in Ukraine on July 1st. In March 2016, DMUS was accepted into the Simon Awards- (Premios Simón del Cine Aragonés) in Zaragoza (Spain) to compete for Best Short Film, Best Director, Best Production and Best Original Screenplay.
