Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and Kangana Ranaut in Rangoon (2017)

Trivia

Rangoon

Edit
Whilst on set, Shahid Kapoor learned Japanese and ate Japanese food thanks to fellow co-star Satoru Kawaguchi, who played a Japanese soldier in the film.
Kangana Ranaut's character is based on Fearless Nadia, Hindi filmdom's first stuntwoman.
Saif Ali Khan will be sharing the profit from the movie earnings along with his fee.
Kangana Ranaut's character is partially inspired by Fearless Nadia, a popular actress and stuntwoman from the era. The film poster for Miss Julia's "Toofan Ki Beti" bears a resemblance to Nadia's Hunterwali (1935) poster. Other Nadia titles include. Hunterwali Ki Beti (1943) and Toofan Queen (1946).
Saif Ali Khan was the first choice for the lead role in the film for Vishal Bhardwaj as he is his favourite Khan.
