After finishing of the shooting director Ash Sumpter found on the internet an article describing a true story of Carol Swingle, 60-year-old amateur photographer who got lost in Everglades swamps - Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park in Florida, USA. A woman has been found alive after surviving three days in the wilderness without water, food or insect-spray. Other article says a story of James Mosch who got lost in Everglades in 2009. He wasn't found for four days, by which time he was badly bitten by mosquitoes, stalked by a panther and had to eat raw bullfrogs for survive. At that time he even begun to hallucinate.

Trailer for film took the 4th place in International trailer competition "Zlinsky pes" at Zlin Film Festival in 2015.

Film was shot on 5 different cameras - The main camera was HDV camera Sony HDR-FX1E, then there was small home hand-held camera Samsung HMX-Q20, some shot were provided with DSLR camera Nikon D3100 which also appears in film. In the hallucination sequence was used for some shots smartphone Nokia C5-03 and few shots were shot with GoPro HD Hero 3.
