This series is based on Time After Time (1979). Director/writer Nicholas Meyer had no involvement with the series.
ABC removed the series from its schedule after broadcasting five episodes. However, all 12 episodes have been broadcast in Spain and Portugal.
ABC premiered an early cut of the pilot at Comic Con 2016.
This series is a remake of the 1979 movie of the same name.
Apart from the Pilot, all episodes are named after lyrics contained in the song Time After Time made famous by Eva Cassidy and Cyndi Lauper
