Racing the Sunrise has additionally been acknowledged through the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival Short Script (Winner), Artists' Alliance Short Screenplay Contest (Finalist), Nashville Film Festival (Finalist) and the California Women's Film Festival (Finalist).
