This movie is originally made in Japan, so the characters speak in Japanese. There is also a Korean version and Chinese version of this film. Sadly, there is no English dub to this film and has never been released in North American, Cananda, Europe, New Zealand, or Australia. However, there's no English subtitles available on the Japanese version. You'll have to learn how to read and speak Japanese or Korean or Chinese since this is a Japan only movie.

You can get this movie on DVD at Amazon Japanese website or at cdjapan website. Be warned this movie is a Region 2 DVD movie and in order to watch the movie you'll need to change your PC DVD drive settings to region 2 or get a Playstation 4 to change it to Region 2, be warned you can only do this about 4 to 5 times before it's permanently locked. You can also get a region free DVD player to see this movie. Please note the characters speak Japanese so it'll help if you know Japanese.
