Dr. Richard Baulex and Rodolfo Puente, both characters who appears in the first scene of the movie was named after the Argentinian actors Ricardo Bauleo and Rolo Puente. Both actors starring the cult movie Blood of the Virgins (1967), whose images appear also in the projection room where Martin Suarez works.
Director Sebastian Perillo was the Production Manager of the film Cargo de conciencia (2005) directed by Emilio Vieyra. In this particular project Sebastian Perillo met Ricardo Bauleo and both became friends until the death of Bauleo in 2014.
