As an individual with a special needs sister (rett syndrome) this movie was very emotional for me. It's a tear jerker for sure. I personally think it is a great depiction of the struggles of a family with a special needs child. Especially true of that time period. My sister has always been at home. We as a family have made many sacrifices and we wouldn't have it any other way. We know that if the roles were reversed she would do the same for us. We must all remember every family's journey is different. Be supportive. Be kind.

Heart breaking and beautiful, like real life. Along with the sad story, comes dreamy warm light, and every frame like your favorite painting.

This short film shows a family making a huge decision that will forever effect the lives of all of them. The acting is superb. This is a heart breaking film, so prepare your hearts.

An amazing and thoughtful film depicting the disturbing thinking of our not so distant past. Beautiful use of color and sound.

I can't believe this happens or is still happening in today's world Its confronting and shocking but has opened my eyes to a issue I knew nothing about but want to know more about how to stop this kind of hurt and abuse Well done!!!

This really brought tears to my eyes. It's so sad. The acting was top notch and the cinematography is gorgeous.

What a great reminder that this still happens & that this should never go on. It is such an important history for the Down syndrome community & a way never to be towards individuals that have Down syndrome. They are perfect

To be able to tell this story the way they did is so thought provoking. To think that was allowed is heartbreaking. To think this still happens is unacceptable. I have never cried so much. This movie needs to be seen by all.
