As first reported by TMZ, the 36-year-old Raines was charged with one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, one count of reckless operation and four counts of negligent injuring. Many fans argued in favor of Johnny Bananas due to the number of seasons won, while others mentioned Chris “Ct” Tamburello as the show’s all-time best.

However, the arrival of The Real World: Portland’s Jordan Wiseley seemingly settled the debate for many fans.

And according to his former fiancee, Tori Deal, there’s no question regarding the Goat debate.

After all, there’ve been whole seasons devoted to exes teaming up to take on their fellow former Challenge couples. For Season 40, Battle of the Eras, Tori Deal wasn’t just fine with teaming up with her ex-fiance Jordan Wiseley — she was delighted to have him in her corner. TV Insider spoke to Deal at a Challenge press event, and she explained why she was happy to have Wiseley come in as the missing piece of Era 3. “Oh my god, I love working with Jordan,” she said. “He’s like the Goat. I think that when you see him on your team, it’s just [great].” Coming into Season 40, Wiseley had already won on Battle of the Exes II, Dirty 30, War of the Worlds 2, and World Championship. On Wednesday, Britni shared a carousel post of photos spotlighting their baby daughter, Annabella Faye Ellen Palmer.

Fan-favorite power couple Leroy Garrett and Kam Williams officially returned to The Challenge as part of the All Stars 4 spin-off.

The popular duo, now parents to two children, last appeared together in MTV’s Double Agents season.

Ahead of that season, Leroy announced it would be his last one, and he revealed it was due to the lack of involvement production had during his castmate’s racist tirade toward him on The Challenge Season 30.

While away from the show, he focused on his barber business, his relationship with Kam, and building their family.

However, The Challenge came calling again with the Paramount+ spinoff show, and Leroy accepted the call.

YouTube star Grace Helbig revealed in an emotional video that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The 37-year-old personality shared in the eight-minute video, posted on her YouTube and Instagram pages, that she received the diagnosis — triple-positive breast cancer — “about a month ago.” She called the news “shocking” and “surreal.”

“It doesn’t sound real, but it’s real,” said Helbig, who has more than 2.6 million subscribers to her YouTube channel. “I’ve had a decent amount of time to process and start the process, so I’m finally ready to share with you.”

She went on to say her breast cancer is “super treatable” and “highly beatable,” citing her doctors and experts familiar with the diagnosis. “We’re going for cure, not remission here, which is exciting, encouraging, helpful, good,” Helbig continued, adding that her doctors believe it is stage 2A but cautioned they “are not entirely sure just yet.

Both TV personalities, who appeared together on The Challenge: Rivals III in 2016, announced the news on their social media pages Saturday with a family photo.

Jake Paul has amassed more than five million followers on Vine and almost five million likes on Facebook. In the last year, the 19-year-old landed a Disney Channel gig on its series, Bizaardvark, and moved into a West Hollywood home with his friends and collaborators, Team 10. This month, he published a memoir: You Gotta Want It.

Still, Paul has been mostly known for his Vine videos until this point, with more than 1.5 billion loops on the platform. On Thursday, Twitter announced it would be shutting down Vine, though there was no rampant outcry from Paul. He simply tweeted, “Revines? Anyone?”

With the September 23, 2017 debut of Dirty 30 and the September 26 premiere of Laid in America, Hollywood has presented us with two studio-backed low-budget films featuring many prominent social-media influencers. Traditional Hollywood has finally joined, to borrow influencer Michelle Glavan’s phrase, “the YouTube movie circuit.”

That means traditional studios are finally trying a newish model for making and marketing films that are the polar opposite of their usual blockbuster behemoths. The model emerged about three years ago, when indie producers and multichannel networks like AwesomenessTV tapped squadrons of influencers for roles in films such as Expelled and Camp Takota. This model has resulted in small films that typically are profitable, relatively low risk, and can connect with young audiences who otherwise ignore traditional studios.

Previously, the big media companies focused more on buying up multichannel networks (e.g. Maker Studios, Machinima, Collective Digital Studios) and tapping influencers to promote their products.

Thirty Streamy Award winners were announced on Saturday night at the Official Streamy Awards Nominee Reception, held at the YouTube Space La. Hosted by Chelsea Briggs and Hunter March, the ceremony honored the best in online video and the creators behind them, including “Honest Trailers” and Jimmy Kimmel Live’s “Mean Tweets.”

Fourteen additional categories including two new categories – Feature and Live – as well as the two Audience Choice categories – Entertainer of the Year and Show of the Year – will be announced live at the 6th annual Streamy Awards, which will take place from The Beverly Hilton on Tuesday, October 4. Fans will be able to watch the award show starting at 9pm Et / 6pm Pt on Streamys YouTube channel.

That event will be hosted by King Bach and bring together the biggest names in YouTube and online video for a night of celebration, discovery, and meaningful recognition.

When aspiring actress Mamrie Hart started her YouTube show “You Deserve a Drink” in 2011, she had no idea she would be making her first feature film just three years later. Back then, Hart’s friend Grace Helbig had a bit of a following on her own channel, and she decided to give it a whirl. One million subscribers later, and Hart found herself a bona fide YouTube star. Cue feature film deal.

Hart previously penned the script for 2014’s “Camp Takota,” also starring Helbig and “My Drunk Kitchen” creator Hannah Hart (no relation). According to industry insiders, “Camp Takota” saw big returns for producer Michael Goldfine, though exact numbers are unknown. Naturally, the trio fans have dubbed “The Holy Trinity” made a follow-up.

“Baroness Von Sketch Show” is a half-hour comedy on the CBC performed and written almost entirely by women. (There is one male writer out of 12 credited for the series.) The six half-hour episodes premiered in June of 2016. While full episodes are not available in the U.S., many sketches are on the CBC’s YouTube channel. Ranging in length from one to three minutes, they are ideal for Internet sharing.

AwesomenessTV, the Gen Z-leaning digital media brand and multi-channel network, has added a host of new names to its talent arsenal. With these latest signings, the company says, it will add a total of 3.7 million subscribers to the Atv Network -- the name of its McN division.

First up are Todrick Hall and Mikey Murphy -- two bold-faced creators with 2.3 million and 900,000 YouTube subscribers respectively. Hall, who is currently working with AwesomenessTV on a documentary about the national tour of Straight Outta Oz -- his latest The Wizard Of Oz-inspired visual album -- also recently announced that he would he hitting Broadway in November to star in the acclaimed musical Kinky Boots. Murphy, an aspiring filmmaker, most recently co-starred in Lionsgate’s Dirty 30, a feature comedy headlined by YouTube’s ‘Holy Trinity’.

The 3rd Annual NYC Web Fest (Nycwf) announced its official selections today – a wide variety of web series that span the globe. The Pit Loft on West 29th Street will host the three-day festival. Of the 96 series highlighted, nearly half are from the tri-state area, with an impressive international showing as well.

Now in its third year, Nycwf is following a very successful second edition. 2015 highlights included the world premiere of “The Mentors” starring Lewis Black, the festival premieres of Colin Quinn’s “Cop Show,” and Refinery 29’s “The Queens of Kings.” This year features shows with appearances by comedians Judy Gold and Sherrod Small, as well as “The Blacklist” actress Erika Robel.
