Hats off to the production team for coming up with a thought provoking drama that's ONE OF ITS KIND,finally throwing light on the hidden noxious evils of our society and tormenting female oppression. The plot interweaves two stories beautifully depicting the lives of oppressed and undermined females of rural areas and how they fight back to earn their dignity. The drama has been shot in settings of a village and i must say that all characters have played their roles remarkably well! Beautiful direction and acting by entire cast!! Ahsan khan and Bushra Ansari deserve a STANDING OVATION for pulling off their roles perfectly. Urwa has done a wonderful job too. The drama captivates u and leaves you unsettled and restless for days. It is certainly one of those plots that will bring social awakening in women and help them raise their voices against female oppression.

This story breaks many stereotypes of the society like cast and professional discrimination,and behaviour of victims of violence and rape.also highlights the biased police behaviour and politicians in southeast. And the protagonist of the story was very inspirational and well developed as a character. How he handled his clients as a lawyer and persuaded the case was really good. Normally lawyers of our country don't do this! The cast and crew was wonderful. Acting of bushra Ansari,Ahsan khan and Farhan saeed was really captivating😇 The music part was really well specifically the ost and the ending song.

PEMRA needs to understand that the content like NAND ,jalan is worthy for ban not this true content 😏

The outstanding star of this drama is Ahsan Khan who really caught me off guard with his performance. I always thought of him as a pretty face and did not know he was able to pull off acting of this caliber! Urwa Hocane also acts well as the "gaon ki ladki" and of course the legendary Bushra Ansari is a chameleon as always. The plot keeps viewers interested but more than that, this drama brings serious awareness to a topic that is not often touched upon in our culture.

Special mention of the role of Ahsan Khan where he played as Imtiaz was beyond brilliance. The character he played made me hate him. Whatta performance by the whole cast. Brilliant storyline and screenplay. Loved the OST. Wanted the other songs of this drama to be aired on youtube apart from OST.

This show deserves a standing ovation. The entire cast and crew has done an outstanding job. What a great concept, thought-provoking on so many levels. Must-watch!!
