Competing in first match as Mr. Money in the Bank, Damian Priest took on fellow Money in the Bank competitor Shinsuke Nakamura. The action spilled to the outside as Priest dumped Nakamura onto the barricade. Conspicuous by his absence was Finn Bálor as the rest of The Judgment Day were at ringside. Nakamura locked in an armbar to try to submit Priest. As Nakamura went for the Kinshasa, Priest evaded, hitting a gnarly clothesline followed by South of Heaven to lock up his first win as Mr. Money in the Bank.

WWE superstar Becky Lynch paid tribute to X-Men mutant Siryn at the Money in the Bank premium live event.

Per Twitter user Joshua Allen, the former Raw and SmackDown Women's World Champion walked to the ring at the 2023 WWE Ple dressed in skin-tight cosplay identical to the Marvel superhero. Lynch's costume featured the bright green and yellow spandex look straight out of the comics. Siryn's signature wings, however, were not part of the cosplay for Lynch, who went on to lose the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match to Iyo Sky.

WWE's resident anime fan Zelina Vega channels Dragon Ball Z's Black Frieza in her Money in the Bank attire.

Money in the Bank, WWE's recent premium live event, saw the Latino World Order member sporting an outfit inspired by the Dragon Ball villain. Vega came to the ring in a black, purple and silver get-up that reflected the color scheme of the "Frieza Saga" antagonist after achieving his ulta powerful transformation. She also gave fans a closer look at the costume in an Instagram post after the event.

In front of a sold out O2 Arena in London, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn took on Pretty Deadly in Pretty Deadly’s neck of the woods. Ko was a house on fire, plowing through Elton Prince and Kit Wilson at ringside with clotheslines before bringing Prince into the ring to hit a huge cannonball. However, the move cost Owens, as he appeared to hold his left ankle. Pretty Deadly immediately attacked the injured ankle, nearly becoming new champs after an assisted codebreaker. Zayn...

Austin Theory's failed Money In The Bank cash-in could have sent him back down to the bottom of WWE's card, but he actually believes the briefcase held him back last year. He might not be wrong, either. The 25-year-old holding the suitcase in the first place was a problem Vince McMahon left behind when he retired in July 2022. Having Theory win the Mitb match was questionable booking at best, and Triple H was left to navigate the situation once he took over creative duties in WWE. The company made the most out of a bad situation, having Austin Theory try to cash in for Seth Rollins' United States Championship on November 7, only to come up short.

He’s also the cover star of the upcoming WWE 2K18 video game and is now set to take on his first major big screen role in WWE Studios’ upcoming Armed Response.

In the movie, a team of special forces soldiers approach the designer of a high-tech military compound to investigate the disappearance of another team guarding the facility. The compound, known professionally as a Temple, is an artificial intelligence powered facility designed for interrogating high-level prisoners. Upon entering the Temple, the soldiers find the team horrifically slaughtered but no evidence as to who is responsible.
