If we put away that Berserk has a very interesting storyline and a almost perfectly designed universe, this anime is unbearable.
The 1997's animations and drawings are compeletely fine, it even does not seems old even in 2022. But I don't know who had the 3d animations idea, it is just not good. I don't watch much anime, but I don't think it is a good idea to add 3d animations to any of them. This make the show really nearly unbearable for me.
Some spesific music were good, others are not noticeble. That anime is not so bad, but it is much worse from the one from 1997.
