High-Rise Rescue

Poor Writing; always too much drama!

This movie in my opinion was poorly written by those having no fire fighting knowledge or experience. Throughout the movie you didn't hardly see any firemen in the building fighting the fires with fire hoses and fire fighting equipment! For Catherine Bell supposedly being an Architect (engineer), she sure didn't act like one and follow common sense approaches, there again, not keeping track of your cellphone; I know it's for drama! The writers should have gone and watched the old episodes of "Emergency" last few episodes they had a fire in a high rise! They actually showed how the firefighters went floor by floor fighting the fire. Also the sprinkling system is basically designed fail proof!

RIDICULOUS!

I should given -10stars. How can fire fighters be seating outside a burning building and giving instruction to a housewife, and the husband sits in the bathroom waiting for an imaginary rescue team. the the woman climbs up 55 stories only to faint at the door and suddenly gain strength to walk back down after her family reunites with her , the husbands broken leg was suddenly fixed, and she crawls on the very hot stairs without been burnt,. Please delete this movie its a waste of time

Unrealistic Towering Inferno take-off

Not a bad movie as far as acting, special effects, and story goes, but the script was more like a sleepy soap opera. During an intense situation such as this burning high rise, with explosions happening every few minutes, it becomes hard to stomach a fireman on the ground giving marriage counsel to a struggling fire victim, or a father teaching his teenage son about future romances. while waiting above the 50th floor to be rescued. Other than that, the flick was OK, except for obviously being a TV movie with little dead spots for the commercial breaks.

amazing

This is a statement to the reason we should never live in high rises man was not meant to be more then 2 feet off the ground unless in an aircraft I would suggest you watch this with your entire family.

As it document's the truth about the dangers of fire

and will trach kids to have a healthy respect for fire and to never pay with matches or fire of any kind Katherine Bell ( form the Good Witch and JAG is an amazing actress.

Please make you kids watch this it is fiction, but it truly states what fire can do I have seen it myself fire is not a game.
