Revelations of Waco (2018) is a companion documentary series released exclusively on the Paramount Network website and YouTube channel following the initial airing of each episode of the miniseries. The series reveals the true to life details of the Waco siege through interviews with those on both sides of the conflict. Each episode runs between nine and thirteen minutes in length.
The Branch Davidian sect was established in 1959, with the members splitting off from its parent organization, the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
The series' last episode aired on February 28th, the 25th anniversary of the first day of the siege, February 28th, 1993.
David Koresh (1959-1993) was born Vernon Wayne Howell. He legally changed his name in 1990, naming himself after two kings: David of Israel and Cyrus the Great. Both kings are Messianic figures in Biblical texts.
