According to James W. Bates, the movie was originally going to be 75 minutes (1 hour 15 minutes) long and that the other RPM Rangers were going to appear and interacting with the Samurai Rangers. Like Scott, they would remain in morphed mode and would be voiced by their actors instead due to unavailability of the actors being on the set. In fact, the infamous line "Your team says hi" is a nod to that deleted scene.
