Laura Bailey who plays Gwen Stacy, appears in the video game Spider-Man (2018) as another of Peter Parker's love interests, Mary Jane Watson.
Peter Parker's original Spider-Man costume is heavily inspired by Parker's homemade costume in the Marvel Cinematic Universe from Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017).
This animated series takes place in the Earth-17628 version of the Marvel Comics multiverse, together with Guardians of the Galaxy (2015) and the season five of Avengers Assemble (2012).
Josh Keaton, who plays Norman Osborn on this series, is no stranger to the Spider-Man mythos as he has played Harry Osborn in the Spider-Man (2002) original movie video game adaptation and even played Spider-Man himself on varies projects most notably The Spectacular Spider-Man (2008).
In this show, Harry Osborne becomes Hobgoblin like in the Ultimate comics. However, he does not transform into a goblin monster the Ultimate comics instead he wears a costume similar to the Hobgoblin, who was a guy named Roderick Kingsley, from the original comics.
