My Apocalyptic Thanksgiving (2022)

Trivia

My Apocalyptic Thanksgiving

Edit
As Richard Soriano was driving around the special needs adults, one of them overheard an ad on the radio. It was something to the effect of "Finding your soulmate online". He inquired, "If you can find your soulmate online, then why can't I find my mother?" Some of the other guys, who don't have relationships with their families in their lives, asked the same question. This has been a common theme with special needs adults lacking family involvement.
Richard and Holly Soriano love zombies so much that they even had zombies climbing their wedding cake. Holly was dressed in her white wedding dress and her signatory black Chuck Taylors, holding a shotgun. Richard was decked out in a tuxedo and holding up a chainsaw ready to take on the apocalypse.
Most of the cast and crew have family members who have some form of special needs or mental illness including Charlie, the director, and the actors. Richard and Holly have been taking care of special needs adults for several years. Holly has trained law enforcement to deal with those who have mental illness.
The entire film was shot in the greater Los Angeles area with the bulk of it being in South Central LA.
The special needs adults that the producers have taken care of, wouldn't necessarily take fruit if they snuck out of the house. They would load their backpack up with chips and soda.
