Andrei Hutuleac wrote the script while acting in a feature film alongside Adrian Titieni which he later cast in his short film.
The hamster shown in the movie was named Take One. He also had two identical brothers on set so he wouldn't feel lonely during the shoot. Their names were Take Two and Take Three.
