The original title of the film was 'Kamdar Union' which was later modified to 'Union Leader' during post production of the film.
In one of the scene, you see younger pictures of the protagonist Rahul Bhatt hanging on the wall. One of these pictures has Fawad Khan real life marriage photo.
The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia, Canada.
