The third series Marc Cherry has developed for ABC. The first was Desperate Housewives. He later created Devious Maids, which was originally developed for ABC, but ultimately went to Lifetime.

Ramsey Anderson (Claude) brought a paperback manga adaptation of the Wizard of Oz onto the set and had it signed by Reba and Saamer Usmani as well as several other members of the crew.
