In Ryland and Alex's living room, there is a sign on the mantle with a message that changes every episode it appears in. Episode 1: "I'M WITH (?)R JARK" (The camera never pans onto the sign entirely, so it's difficult to know what the whole message is) Episode 2: "FREE RICK" Episode 3: "OH HEY BIG ZAM" Episode 4: (This episode takes place in Lorenzo's house rather than the usual setting, so the sign is not present) Episode 5: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEO" Episode 6: (Much like episode 4, the story does not take place at Alex and Ryland's home)
Dan Avidan and Arin Hanson, who play Alex and Ryland in Good Game, are the co-hosts of the Youtube Let's Play channel Game Grumps. They are also in a band together with Brian Wecht (the mystery man in the show) named Starbomb. While Dan and Brian have a separate band named Ninja Sex Party, or NSP. NSP combines music with comedy. Starbomb combines Comedy, Music, and Video Games.
