All of the captives have a tattoo of the Venus symbol behind bars in a diamond, representing a woman in a cage. Viv, Patch's female thug, also has this tattoo. Hailey Jackson, who plays Viv, designed it.
A majority of the film was shot in a basement, where the ceiling of the set was so low that most of the cast and crew couldn't stand up straight.
Due to a prop issue, the drugs had to be improvised on set and the liquid seen in the needle was actually watered down coffee.
