A very informative documentary with a personal touch

Having Aspergers syndrome myself, I really admired how much research went into this doc as well as how it balanced the perspectives of both people on the spectrum as well as neurotypical family members who are affected by it. There's immense care given to discussing this topic and I can see this being very useful for educating the public on a topic so few people try to understand.

As far as filmmaking goes, there's a lot of restraint in terms of the style and editing. While I would usually find this to be a flaw, I have to take into account that visual flare and unique editing isn't what the filmmaker had in mind and that the main goal is to raise awareness on an important topic. That restraint is the sign of mature filmmaker whose main focus is the importance of the film itself rather than showing off for the sake of it.
