Don't Run (2019)

Trivia

Don't Run

Edit
The film took over 3 years to complete. The film was shot in 17 days and then spent years in post-production, as Ben Rood learned to edit for the film but needed assistance with sound and visual effects. He managed to find a talented post-production crew who agreed to work within Rood's budget because they saw potential in the project, given that they could work on it around their other commitments.
The original director of photography suffered appendicitis two days before shooting was set to begin. The first assistant camera man, who was hired off Craigslist, took over all camera responsibilities.
The crew consisted of Rood, a camera person and a sound person. Rood hired each of them off of Craigslist.
Rood began writing the script with just over $1 in his bank account, determined to make a feature film.
Before the dancing scene, Danny Irizarry asked Ben Rood how he should dance. Rood said, like you do at a school dance. Danny promptly replied, "I'm home schooled!"
