Bryan Pitts, Jacob Aaron Cullum, Jeremy Blackwell, and Kristen Lee in Left Hook (2020)

Trivia

Left Hook

Edit
Out of the film's 92 minute run time, less than 8 minutes were animated outside of the Illumination Cinema studio.
Illumination Cinema's first completely digital animated project. Brimstone Terrace, Another Day Colder and Time Less all had elements drawn on paper that were scanned in. How Much was the second project to use this method, but the first to be fully released.
Tyler W. Moore's first animated feature. (Second feature all together)
Tyler W. Moore and Jacob Aaron Cullum met each other at their high school's film festival in 2009 and talked about the possibility of collaborating. A few years later in 2012, Moore saw Cullum in a production of Sweeny Todd in Kansas City and knew that he had to have him as the lead in what would become Left Hook.
A portion of the film's prologue was the first thing that was animated in order for the production team to have something to show during their fundraiser.
