Edit
While the film is set in the 1960s, the original novel is set in the 2010s.
Won a record breaking 9 Magritte awards (out of 10 nominations*) at the «Magritte Du Cinema»** 2020. Best film Best director (Olivier Masset-Dépasse) Best actress in a leading role (Veerle Baetens) Best actor in a supporting role (Arieh Worthalter) Best scenario or adaptation (Olivier Masset-Depasse & Giordano Gederlini) Best cinematography (Hichame Alaouié) Best sound (Marc Bastien, Thomas Gauder, Héléna Réveillère & Olivier Struye) Best original music (Frédéric Vercheval) Best editing (Damien Keyeux) *Out of the 10 nominations, the only award this movie didn't win was for the nomination of Anne Coesens, who was nominated in the same category as Veerle Baetens for best actress in a leading role, meaning that this movie won every single Magritte award it could've technically won. **A Magritte Award (French: Magritte du cinéma) is an accolade presented by the Académie André Delvaux of Belgium to recognize cinematic achievement in the film industry. Modelled after the French César Award, the formal ceremony at which the awards are presented is one of the most prominent award ceremonies in Belgium.
