Adam seems perplexed upon learning that his wife chose "Richard Burbage" as the name for his new identity after the creation of his clone (who would take his name). After the clone Adam meets the original Adam (now Richard Burbage), the two start reciting lines to each other from William Shakespeare's Hamlet. Richard Burbage is the name of the actor credited as being the first to portray Hamlet at the start of the 17th century.
