Veronica is a struggling filmmaker who asks her younger sister (who has never operated a camera before) to film her while she makes a documentary investigating the plant based lifestyle known as "Veganism". Veronica has several close friends who are experiencing the plant based lifestyle and she puts them through a rigorous line of questioning in an attempt to get to the truth. Veronica believes this is the story that will break her career and shoot her into filmmaker stardom. As she looks over the interview footage she discovers a connection that could prove a government conspiracy bigger than she anticipated, so big it could put her and her sister's life in danger.
