The office lobby/staircase scenes were shot at The Porsche Experience building in Atlanta. This is made obvious by race car pictures on the wall in the background during several scenes, as well as the actual driving track being briefly visible through the glass behind the staircase.
The character Jamal Barry was drafted 1st overall in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks. In reality, DeAndre Ayton was the first overall draft pick in the 2018 NBA Draft and was drafted by the Phoenix Suns.
