Edit
This movie was launched due to the delay of other projects due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The original story of the movie was considerate for a book, written by Rubén Arnaiz, but set in a space ship. Finally this idea was wasted and started developing a movie.
The director says his story inspiration for the film is in several of his favorite films such as Ridley Scott's Alien. The Thing, by John Carpenter and Stanley Kubrick's The Shining (in turn, inspired one of his favorite novels). However, as Director and Production Designer, he was inspired by some of the great works of Russian science fiction, such as The Planet of Storms by Pavel Klushantsev, and above all, Solaris, by Andrei Tarkovsky, one of the films that most they have influenced him.
The Vigilante's design was inspired by Liz Keogh's work in Dark City, and many of the classic Noir films.
This is the second movie by Rubén Arnaiz with a duration of 81 minutes, after "Maleza".
