A Plot That Plods

A woman investigated her mother's murder and uncovers a mysterious birth certificate. This is a rather slow moving movie that plods along nicely if you like slow moving movies. I have no complaints about the actors other than they are all so solemn and drab. Officer Sanchez is as good as asleep. Why does Sonya look like she's wearing a wig? When she parks at the detectives office building, she gets the front spot. But in the next scene it is a no parking zone. This happens twice. The climactic ending is rather dull too. This movie is really not that bad, just slow. But it's a very nice movie if you need to go to sleep.

Why, whyyyyy, whyyyyyyyyy is this lady wearing this atrocious wig? They couldn't spend the $130 for a lace front? At least they have parts. Good gracious, that wig is an embarrassment. This movie was soooo slow and boring. Get to the point already. I had to fast forward. Your typical run of the mill bore fest with this one. Why do people always have to fall in love? Can't yall just solve a crime together and that be it? Nothing against romantic movies, but know your genre and stay in that lane. All these movies are so typical, predictable, and really becoming yawn central.
