The river boat Lady and Tramp ride on is named the "Monty Rose." In reality, the dogs that portrayed Tramp and Lady are named Monte and Rose, respectively.
The recording of the song "Peace on Earth" heard at the beginning of the film is the exact same recording used in the original film. It is also heard toward the end of the film.
The lyrics to the classic song "He's A Tramp" were altered. In the original film, the song describes him as a "ladies man" and a great romancer who loves 'em and leaves 'em. In the new lyrics, the song is more about him being a loner.
Trusty refers to his nose as "Old Reliable." In the original film, Old Reliable was the name of Trusty's "grand-pappy," to whom he frequently alluded.
