Alejandro Montoya Marin was one of five filmmakers handpicked by indie film icon, Robert Rodriguez, to direct a feature film in only 14 days with a micro-budget of $7000. With cameras watching them around the clock, the process was captured for the documentary series REBEL WITHOUT A CREW airing on El Rey Network and Go90.
MONDAY was adapted from Alejandro Montoya Marin's award-winning short film of the same name, and also stars actors Jamie H. Jung as Jim and Kenneth McGlothin as Paul.
"Monday" was the first movie out of the 5 "Rebel without a crew" films to, be selected to a film festival and win awards both in the U.S and internationally.
