The Alliance

This film really explores the depth of the underworld of gang life. Very impressive how much back story this film has. There's definitely a lot of twist and turns as well as violence but that's expected being the kind of film it is. Hats off to the Cast and crew for bringing this film to life. The film ends with a cliff hanger! Waiting on the sequel!

"The Alliance" reminds me the glory days of "The Wire" from west side Baltimore.

The game is the game - always and you will be hooked from the start.

There are some colorful, compelling characters who fit well in the drugs game.

The movie looks real, realistic, even though they are too easy to be killed: one could expect that senior street thugs will be heavily guarded, but they seem to be completely unsuspicious and unwitting of the violent nature of this cut throat business.

While "The Alliance" is not very violent there are some unsettling moments that involve children and body organs 💗👍.

Cons: Confusing plot. Slow paced, for the first half of the movie. Horrible acting. Watching this movie is like watching a very bad highschool play that meets your low expectations. Terrible. Cons: Cool nicknames and soundtrack.

.........Just horrible. I hate being that person but this movie was just not it. No knock to low budget movies but you could absolutely tell that this wasn't budgeted at all. I've seen movies shot from an iPhone better than this. The acting was not good at all. They used the same ring phone EVERY cell phone. The audio was HORRENDOUS as if there was no engineer. The assassin guy who kills the girl with the balloons in the beginning shot her with a "silencer" sound however there was no silencer at all on the gun... If you are looking for a good laugh then maybe this a good one for you but I trust me-don't waste your time. I wish no stars could be given but this is a COMPLETE time waster. Just coming to warn you all...
