As Jack is telling Emma his secrets prior to takeoff, the overhead bins, across the aisle from them, are open. The plane begins its takeoff without a flight attendant ever closing the bins or performing any preflight procedures (seat check, safety procedure review, etc.).
In the final scene when the plane is taking off the main characters are not wearing their seat belts.
