Originally titled "With Night Come Wolves"
The Writer/Director said in an interview that he thought the film was a much truer reflection of his voice as a director than as a writer. Though he did mention that it shows his ability to "fix" elements in fractured stories, being that the film started as three unrelated short films which he then found a way to tie together to make into one feature.
Despite being a feature film, At Night Comes Wolves actually contains over 30 minutes of footage from the Writer/Director's three previous short films. While casting for "Object in Reality", the director realized that once this third short film was edited, he would have an opportunity to write additional material that, if done correctly, could seamlessly tie the three films together-- thus making one full length feature. He encourages watchers to try to find the three films within the film, though he admits one of them should be easy to point out.
