The title of the film was finalized later when almost over half of the film was shot. Before that, the working title of the film was 'The Revenge Tale'
The Mirzapur part of the film was the first schedule of the film. According to the Director Himanshu Yadav, it was the toughest schedule of the entire film.
The first cut of the film was 3hrs and 50 mins long.
The 'Mohabbat' song of the film was scheduled to be completed in three days but it took five
days to finish the song because of unexpected rains.
Manit Joura who plays 'Aman' and Tarun Dhingra who plays ' Mahadev' never rehearsed
together for their scenes that featured both of them. The reason behind this was to avoid
getting too familiar and have the most organic reactions while the scenes were being actually
shot.
